Spotted Dolphins (Stenella attenuata)

Slender with long, thin snout. Dorsal crescent and a pointed tip
No spots at birth, and adult spots varies. The side of gray, white lips and tip of snoutAdult females from 1.6 to 2.4 m, males 1.6 to 2.6, off the coast can reach 120kg. Infant length of about 85cm
Having 34-38 pairs of teeth
Eat pelagic fish and squid, especially in the afternoon
They live in groups of about 100 individuals in offshoreIn Indonesia is on: Banda Sea, Halmahera, P. Sohor, Papua, the Strait of Malacca, the west coast of Sumatra, Ambon and Maluku Sea Savu
